WHO IS NICOLE ARBUSTO?
Nicole is one half of the Dickson/Arbusto Casting team who, over the last 10 years, have had seven films at Sundance, cast TV pilots for Fox, NBC, the WB and UPN, and done Los Angeles casting for Seattle Rep, Kansas City Rep, The Huntington, The Cleveland Playhouse, and Portland Center Stage. They have also cast locally for The Pasadena Playhouse, the Mark Taper Forum, and The Ahmanson. Before partnering with Joy Dickson, Nicole was casting associate to Howard Feuer and worked with him on "Fearless" (directed by Peter Weir), "Philadelphia" (directed by Jonathan Demme), "Groundhog Day" (directed by Harold Ramis), and "Little Buddha" (director Bernardo Bertolucci ) among others. She originally trained with Wally Nicita. While working with her, Ms. Nicita cast "The Accidental Tourist" (director Lawrence Kasdan), "Let It Ride" (director Joe Pytka), "Old Gringo" (director Luis Puenzo) and "Quarter Life" (quarterlife.com, director Marshall Hershkovitz).
